Listen To Mac Miller’s New Posthumously Released Spotify Singles

LISTEN: The first new music from Mac Miller since his death includes a cover of Billy Preston recorded at Spotify’s NYC Studios.

A Mac Miller Spotify Singles session has been posthumously released.

Recorded at Spotify Studios, Mac performed an acoustic version of his Swimming track “Dunno” and covered Billy Preston’s 1974 single “Nothing From Nothing.”

Listening to Mac sound so raw and unfiltered is still an eerie thing just two months after his passing and less than a month since attending his Celebration of Life concert. His death hasn’t been shown in the same light as some of his rising contemporaries like Lil Peep and XXXTentacion. While both Peep and XXX have had quite a few songs (and even an album) released posthumously these are the first songs from Mac to be shared after his death. Time will only tell what’s left to be publicly displayed though, according to people close with Mac Miller before his passing he already had another album finished called Circles that was going to be the followup to Swimming, which was the inspiration for the name of the fund created after his death, The Mac Miller Circles Fund. For now though, let’s just enjoy these Spotify Singles for our boy.

Also, enjoy Mac’s secret vaping Instagram account.
