By It’s time to FlyLo on Friday.
This week is filled with a wide variety of releases, bringing forward a bit of everything, whether it’s the new YG album or the new Kate Bollinger single there’s sure to be something for everyone on this Fresh Music Friday. Flying Lotus takes the pedestal this week with the release of his new album Flamagra, drawing features from Anderson .Paak, Denzel Curry, Tierra Whack, Toro Y Moi, Thundercat, Solange, Little Dragon, David Lynch, Shabazz Palaces, and George Clinton (wow) — so be sure to check it out. Steve Lacy of The Internet also released his solo album today, fresh off his Vampire Weekend collaboration, a new EP from CAPYAC, and we got the collaborative DIVE EP from Milk & Bone and Alex Lustig that’s sure to impress. We’ve got quite a fe new singles out today as well, Johan comes through with “smile like an idiot,” Cuco teams with Jean Carter for “Bossa No Sé,” and new jams from La Felix, Clairo, Evangeline, Sleepy Tom, Havelock, and GEO. That wasn’t all though, there were a handful of entertaining videos released today as well. Easy Life gave us the visual for “Sunday,” Masego delivered on the vibey music video for his FKJ collaboration “Tadow”, we saw Harry Nathan‘s animated ride in “Fool For Your Love” and Cherokee closed us out with the artsy visual for “Someone In L.A.” Be sure to check out all of these great tunes and catch them all on our Tasty!
